We will gain real-world experience, develop a better understanding of church needs, fine-tune the software and measure the value of the program in quantifiable ways.
We will monitor and understand the true cost of implementing the program, like customer service needs, programming, graphics, integration, marketing, printing, data management and speaking, etc.
We will validate our belief that our technology greatly reduces the cost of operating the program.
Will it be perfect right out of the box? No. However, we plan to develop "user-requested" features and debug quickly where needs arise. Our mobile app will be completed and operational. Graphics will be improved, especially for printed pieces.
At the end of the pilot, we will provide usage reports and collect testimonials. God willing, usage reports, cost analysis and testimonials will be very positive, which will then be communicated to influence other churches to offer the program.
Ultimately, we will work hard to make sure your church has a great experience and recommends the program to other churches.
